Dr. Víctor’s journey to establishing the Santa Rosa Clinic is one of vision and dedication. In 1988, he arrived in Bucerias seeking work after completing his residency in Puerto Vallarta. Enchanted by the stunning beaches of Nayarit, he envisioned creating a space where the community could receive quality healthcare. In 1992, after four years of hard work and determination, he turned that dream into reality by founding the Santa Rosa Clinic, named in honor of his first wife, Rosa Carmina. With over three decades of experience, Dr. Víctor continues to provide compassionate care to his patients and is known for his commitment to improving the health and well-being of the community.
